![]() CLASSROOMSCREEN Sharing is caring! A student of mine showed me a tool I hadn't heard of before: ClassroomScreen (Thanks Melissa!). This tool is a kind of dashboard that the teacher can use to show the students what's expected of them. The students can easily recognise whether they are allowed to talk, whisper, or when they have to be quiet. The tool has a background that can be changed. Besides that, you can use the clock, a timer, and randomly select a name. One of my favourite features is measuring the volume your class is producing (which can be an awful lot!). If you need to share something quickly, you can also decide to share a short text or a quick drawing. If you need more signals than 'talk', 'whisper', and 'silence', you can use a traffic light. Lastly, the tool also allows you to pick a language; very useful for foreign language learners! Requirements - Internet connection - Projector Pros - Easy collection of all the tools you need for classroom management - Can be customised (language/background) Cons - You can't use the projector for anything else (but you can use your device, if you use 'expand' mode, instead of 'duplicate').
