![]() QUIZLET Sharing is caring! Now that the end of the year is nearing and we all need that extra tool to help students study, Quizlet is a great solution! Quizlet allows you to create a set of cards. These sets can be shared, duplicated, and edited in any way you want. The great thing about the sets of cards is that it doesn't only allow you to match a word and its definition, but you can also match a word with a picture, or sound. Apart from that, Quizlet already features a ton of sets, which means the definition or image you looking for is probably already available somewhere. The great thing about Quizlet is that you can set up classrooms that will allow you to share the sets of cards with your pupils. They can study together, become competitive in the multiple games, and create their own lists out of the words they get wrong frequently. I personally think Quizlet is an amazing tool to use. From recognising hyperboles to studying vocab, and from learning definitions to studying the names of plants and animals. And a bonus for languages: The words/definitions can be read out loud! Requirements - Internet connection - Phones/tablets/laptops Pros - Free and easy to use - Multiple ways of studying - Studying made competitive! - Images/sounds can be tested, too Cons - The website itself is quite basic - Creating a study set may take some time. Have you ever used Quizlet? Please leave a comment! Any suggestions for another ICT tool? Please let me know!
