If you do not have access to Office365 tools, you can also use software such as Screencast-O-Matic or Screencastify, which can be used to make screen recordings. With this software, you can still record your PowerPoint or Google Slides, but you can also record a webpage or a document. If this is a bit too much for you, you can also consider to make good use of the empty classrooms and simply film yourself standing in front of a whiteboard.
